Is that the case? it's meant to be if you click the leader then the group gets selected.
I'll check that out, and the other UI glitch.
Cheers, yeah it's probably that the thrusters haven't been setup properly on the Sadalbari.
Tbh, that whole thing needs another pass - there's no way to 'home' Corvettes at a Carrier atm.
Yeah I can see that and I know what you mean.
I've nearly finished adding in resource collection and it is going to be a ballache if you have to scan the SpaceObjects to find resources to collect everytime there is an update.
The problem is, even if we did implement saved games right now, everytime we introduce something new it would break all the previous saved games anyways. Fortunately, in terms of mechanics that can break saves it's only the ship levelling system that's outstanding (easy peasy) which will just see a placeholder for now. Fixed unit construction is another one, but that's already technically in it's just not switched on (awaiting assets) also going to remain switched off until Update 6.
So once that lot is ready and we've bug tested everything we added in Update 4 we'll move onto Update 5 which is were we see config screens for setting up the campaign, saving/loading, return of the skirmish mode and the beginnings of Overlord (AI working against you.)
Update 6 is were we swing it back round and finish off fixed unit construction and ship levelling - by the time Update 6 is finished it will more or less be a game focused around a single planet and that will be the short to medium term goals done.
ETA: 2-3 months I reckon given the current rate of progress - if that.
After that it'll be tutorials, balancing and titivating before moving onto planetary systems and the grand campaign.
